The Pity Card is an old short film but I only saw it last Friday when they were screening the Wholphin shorts at a festival in The Hague. It's a short comedy piece about dating and the Holocaust. (Yeah, you read that right.) It also has Simon Helberg (aka Howard Wolowitz in TBBT) playing the other lead.

I went to The Hague today to look at some canals and windmills. There really are plenty. Once I was there, I walked straight to the Mauritshuis museum which has its walls covered with Rembrandts, Rubenses, van Dycks and Vermeers. Have now seen both "The Anatomy Lesson" and "The Girl with a Pearl Earring". The latter really didn't look at all like ( Read more... )
